Information enlightens the mind but stories move the heart! Please join us at the movies for a story that moved us from Inspiration to Involvement.

Join us for the Opening Weekend Release

Saturday, OCTOBER 21 AT 6pm

Edwards Aliso Viejo Stadium 20 Theatre

“Same Kind of Different as Me”

Hosted by Deed and Truth

A couple years ago, a dear friend of ours gave us a copy of the book, “Same Kind of Different as Me”. Little did we know how God would use this incredible true story to move Betty and I, from inspiration to involvement, and ultimately into full time ministry with those experiencing homelessness. It has been our pleasure to share this amazing book with many of you, too.

This past May, while attending the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions Conference in Dallas, Texas, we had the opportunity to preview the movie, based on the book and met Ron Hall. Seeing his story on screen, Ron said, “is very humbling, surreal…so weird.” Hall has become a national advocate for the homeless, encouraging and inspiring others around the globe to move from INSPIRATION TO INVOLVEMENT.

Deed and Truth has bought out the entire theatre for this event on Saturday, October 21 at 6 PM. Tickets are $10 each. Help us fill the theatre by bringing your family and friends. Reserve your tickets by emailing us at:
