In His Image
Martin Luther King Jr. was the most visible spokesperson and leader in the Civil Rights Movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968. This past Monday a special event was held in Reseda to honor people in the community whose life and work reflect his image…
We are pleased to announce that Betty Anderson was awarded the “Humanitarian Award”, one of four honorees at the 22nd Annual Dr. MLK Image Awards Musical for her ministry efforts at Hope Gardens.
Congratulations Betty, we are proud you and your efforts to help the hurting in our community. Also, we want to put a shout out to those who came all the way from San Clemente to be a part of this special evening. Your support was a BIG encouragement for Betty and I and the importance of this ministry.
